I think he's trying to tell me something

I was working on some freelance this morning and I quickly ran upstairs to get something. When I came back, Milo was on tip-toe in front of my desk, dragging the mighty mouse around in Illustrator and clicking away to his heart's content. So pleased with himself.

This is what he created.

I can't decide if I'm happy he has shown interest in design at such a tender age, or kinda bummed that the first thing he did was use the graph tool.

What is he trying to tell me? Does he want to be an artist or an actuary?!

Speak, largely lexicon-less child, speak!

Artist. Actuaries don't like paint decks as much as this kid does.

Silly. Can't you see? It's a HAT! Actually 2 hats. The Top hat in its closed position (upper right) and the fully extended top hat (just below & to the left) with 2 cavalier looking (cool) dark eyes with single eyebrow raised. Clearly - it's a HAT! (Reference to "The Little Prince" by Antione de Saint-Exupéry.) But don't tell him that, or he'll become a frustrated artist and end up being a pilot. Not that there's anything wrong with being a pilot, of course. I just think he's a wonderful little artist AND a darling Little Prince.

Looks like an early stage of Tetris to me--so you should be safe.
